PALO ( Kepala ) KAIN @ TAKA TALI LEMBU

Sharing another superb and very hard to find KHREUNG LANG by late Phra Kru Viriyasangvorn @ Than Kru Phut  @ Phor Than Phut of Wat Pathumviharn @ Wat Balai, Bachok.
PALO KAIN collection 01

This PALO KAIN was made somewhere in between 1979 – 1990, before Than Kru Phut reached parinibanna. There were at least 3 batches of Than Kru Phut PALO KAIN. The 1st batch was made without Janrak coating. The 2nd  and 3rd batches were coated with janrak but according to some sources ONLY the 1st was coated with thick janrak and the 2nd  and 3rd batches were also coated but only with thin layer of janrak. That means all batches were coated with janrak. Correct me if i'm wrong ! Than Kru Phut PALO KAIN expert, help me to shed the light !
PALO KAIN collection 02

According to Kampung Balai old folks actually there were many batches of this PALO KAIN, some were coated and some were not. There were three types of this PALO KAIN, Some were made to be wore / tied at waist ( long and short sizes ), some were made as arm band ( pha prajiout ) and the remaining were made as wrist band ( for children n teenagers ).
PALO KAIN collection 03 -Arm  Band & Wrist  version

In making this PALO KAIN, late Than Kru Phut sought help from old Bomoh resided in Kampung Balai including my late guru, Phor Kae Taharp from Beris Kubur Besar. According to Phor Kae Taharp, Than Kru Phut used clothes from his old bed and pillow sheets, old time chivorn, yellow cloth used to wrap Buddha statue and white cloth ( newly bought, especially for the second batch PALO KAIN ). Than Kru Phut, Phor Mor and his close disciples hand inscribed various YANT / KHATA AKHOM onto the clothes, some Phor Mor said Than Kru Phut ordered his disciples to inscribe 108 Yants on the clothes. The clothes inscribed with various yant then will be PLUGSAEG & went through a rigid and complicated PHUTAPISAEG ceremony before cutting it into small pieces and SPUN it into PALO KAIN.

the yant mark / ball point pen ink trace

The spun PALO KAIN then soaked into janrak extract for several days inside the Ubosot. The prayers and plugsaeg conducted personally by Than Kru Phut until he satisfied with the withi made. Phor Kae Taharp said, during the NGIAP ( lonely or mute ) PLUGSAEG & WITHI, Than Kru Phut selected ( picked up ) one by one the PALO KAIN that already PEIN ( completed n ready to be used ).

Phor Kae Taharp added that, during the PHUTAPISAEG, Than Kru Phut personally asked for a try of SSAENG LAY - K'nese Hokkien dialect ( meat offering - normally pig's head and pork ect ),  BAI SRI ( white cooked rice offering with salted fish wrapped in banana leaf),  KHAO TOG ( popped rice ), and MARK PLUE ( betel leaves ) to be offered to the KHUN KRU, THEWADA and his TARJAI !

There were couple of miracle stories on Than Kru Phut’s PALO KAIN for the Malay language version of PALO KAIN miracle, you guys can refer to my earlier post POWE OH POWER the finale . My late brother in law owned the 1st batch of this PALO KAIN ( waist version ) and used to wear this PALO KAIN during his service as an army. My brother in law used to share his superb experienced on PALO KAIN. He said PALO KAIN superb for KHONG KRAPAN & KHLEW KHAD.

Phor Kae Taharp added that, Than Kru Phut’s PALO KAIN ( arm band version ) was originally made for Muay Thai instructor and fighter. Than Kru Phut said that, this arm band is a superb Kreung Lang for bravery and conquering enemies / opponents. The arm band also can be used to evade danger.  My personal experienced of wearing this arm band, I do believe this PALO KAIN ( arm band version ) not only can be used to evade danger but also will make you invisible before enemy’s eyes and subdue your enemy anger especially when you are in a great danger ! I still remember vividly the incident when the parent ( student’s father ) confronted me after the corporal punishment was carried out to his son. His son accused me to make up a story and purposely set him up, soon after school his father came to my house with the intention to SETTLE  the case by SETTLING me – hurt me I guessed !

I saw the father and his son keep on LOITERING around and passing by my house main gate with their car for several times. They stop by and asking the neighbour bout my house where about, they couldn’t locate my house. He phoned me up and asked my where about. He said he was outside of my house but I wasn’t around, he said he wanna meet me. I can hear the loud commotion and complaining. I told him that I just arrived home, I went out to greet him, before stepping out from my house, I recite the special mon / khata to acitivate the PALO KAIN.

“ Om Hanuman Tua Ku, Iktikriktik ……………………”

 ( incomplete verses )
Arm Band / Pha Prajiout
Upon seeing me coming out from the house, he used his fore finger ( luckily not the middle one ! ) pointed at me …….. pissed off and tried to say something ( swear words I guess ) but he seem struggled himself to find the suitable words or phrase ! Mr Lim my neighbour came and stood near to this guy, I went near to him and used my right hand ( tied with PALO KAIN at that time ) to TAP onto his left shoulder twice, he looked shock and stunned. Speechless, not even one word uttered ! He looked at me and seem forgot about every thing ! Miracle power of the Than Kru Phut’s PALO KAIN / Pha Prajiout ?

Another superb story regarding this PALO KAIN is PALO KAIN can be used as fighting gear ( hand glove ) as we seen in ONG BAK movie, Tony Ja used a rope to tie and bandage his fist before fighting. The rope works as a glove / gear to support and tighten the fist for the better punch. My Malay friend in Bendang Nyior, used to use Than Thit PALO KAIN to tie and tighten his first before  joining the Muay Thai competition organised by Kelantan Muay Thai. He said the experienced are unexplainable, he feels the strong and unlimited strength of fist power during the fight. Hahahhahahaha, I should try this !
to be tied like this I guess !!!
Nowadays, PALO KAIN gained popularity among Kelantan Phra Kreung / Kreung Lang die hard. The exchanging hand cost / price also extremely high and can cost you up to your nose. So far, I GUESSED there is no fake / imitate PALO KAIN found  / circulating in Kelantan amulet market as not many people know bout this superb PALO KAIN and there is no or less demand for that's the good thing and the price will remain low and affordable but precaution must be taken as YOU may be conned ! Instead of renting Than Kru Phut PALO KAIN you may be ended renting / buying PALO KAIN made by Phor Mor ( Bomoh ), PALO KAIN made by Than Plein ( the current Wat Balai abbot ) or perhaps with Than Thit PALO KAIN ( the earlier batch, white cloth ) ! So beware !

PALO KAIN by Than Plein

 PALO KAIN by Phor Mor

PALO KAIN by Than Thit ( 3rd batch )

The are some PROFESSIONAL MARKERS / DISTINCTIVE DESIGNS between PALO KAIN made by Phra Kru Phut, Phor Mor and Than Plein. The secrets between these three batches of KAMPUNG BALAI PALO KAIN couldn’t be discussed openly via my blog. I dun want to make another mistake by sharing the precious information regarding KREUNG LANG ( Tongkat ) but been misused and twisted by several irresponsible party to gain money ! These guys USED my name and blog contents to convince the naïve buyer. Some of them even reproduced the tongkat by using, imitating and inserting the MATERIAL purposed by me. To cut it short, contact me personally If you guys need the PALO KAIN information, F.O.C !

Mai Kru Thepsatra @ Mai Kru Wanj Pidta Phon Tok Mokhak Rak BE 2541

 Code 2*2

Code 5*5

These 2 pieces of mai kru ( 3rd type ) with 2*2 and 5*5 serial codes. As stated in my earliest post – Pidta ‘Phon Tok Mok Khak Rak’, these mai kru were rented in BE 2542 at THB2000 together with the BE2536 Pidta ‘Phon Tok Mok Khak Rak’. This limited edition mai kru is made of wanj Phra Pidta ‘Phon Tok Mok Khak Rak’ ( wanj used as body, top and bottom, serial no 555 & wanj used at the top and bottom, serial no 222 ) inserted with many kind of sacred-materials. Check out the materials used !

These mai kru were made for closed disciples and not to be rented out openly. Than Dam said all of his mai kru were rented out right after phuthapisek / plugsaeg ceremony ends.  Most of the mai kru were pre booked by the disciples and devotees and were rented out before they were on the display shelf. This mai kru has been kept in my safety box for more than 1 decade and this year round I have decided to fully utilize of it for healing purposes. Although the power embedded within not as superb as Than Kong’s and Than Chan’s but it is still a superb healing tool ( minor cases ! )
Hand Inscribed Yant by late Than Dam

I still remember vividly the date and day when I first used this mai kru to help a girl who has been possessed by PHEE PRAI. The girl came to my house with his 3 male companions. Thais Amulet Die Hard of course ! We were chit chatting while having an evening Yam Char in conjunction with Water Snake Chinese New Year celebration. Our topic on that day was on Southern Thai’s and Kelantan’s guru Phra kreung / Kreung Rang including Than Dam’s stuffs. All range of Phra Kreung / Kreung Rang were brought out and been placed on the tea table. While observing, chit-chatting and exchanging our P.O.V. Suddenly the girl reacted strangely by pulling her hair, shaking and banging her head harshly. The girl then keep on shouting and yelling in Thais ( although she can’t speak Thais, not even 1 word in Thais ! ).

“Ploy Ku ……Ploy Ku ……. Ploy, Ploy , Ploy Ku !“
“ Ai Sadt ( cursing in Thais ), Ploy ! “

Shocked with the girl’s reaction, we tried to calm her down. It took 4 of us to calm her down. While seated on the sofa, the girl struggling to free herself. The girl kept on shouting and yelling in Thais. My immediate action was to grab Than Dam’s mai kru and pointed to her, straight onto her forehead. While holding the mai kru & keep on murmuring the short Mai Kru’s MON ( Khata akhom ), the girl reacted more harshly. She started to yell and curse me. After touching her forehead with the end tip of the mai kru the girl keep on shouting ........

Ai Sadt ( cursing in Thais ), Ploy ! “
“ Ai Sadt ! “

A few second later she cried and begged ………

“ Chep Chep, Yar Luang Phor, Yar !”
“ Khor Thot, Luang Phor, Khor Thot…… Yar Nah, Luang Phor ! “

After forcing and convincing HER ( Phee Phrai ) to introduce herself, then the phrai started to communicate …………

Ma Chak KhrunthepMahaNakhon, Cher Kanya Malee, Ayut Sip Et “
“ Nau, Nau, Ploy Ku !“

SHE said she killed herself after her boyfriend dumping her for another girl, she hung herself under a tree in front of her boyfriend’s house and hope to give a GOOD lesson to her boyfriend. She said she wanna go home but she couldn’t find her way bcos of her roaming spirit has been TIED and USED to produce love amulet including Namman Prai Phee Tai Hong,  she followed the girl since the girl owned Inn Koo amulet soaked  with Namman Prai. Her’s Namman Prai !!! ( Oil condensed from various of part of the corpse – extracted from her body parts, including chin and forehead ).

The girl then fell unconscious. I went to my bucha room and provided her some NAMBOON and she gained conscious few minutes later. Then we went to the room and lighted up the incenses and conducting Bucha Phra and simple ritual to transfer merit to Prai Kanya Malee.

“Annica Watasaangkhara Upatawayataminu …………………“

Right after the ritual, the possessed girl said that she saw a black shadow entering her body via her head and she saw several people gave chased on her and tried to kill her. That was the time she started to scream and then she saw an old monk approaching her and recited some incantation and at that time she feels pain, fainted and the she couldn’t remember anything after that. When I asked her, who was the monk, she said she only saw an old monk with a walking stick. She doesn’t recognized him but vividly saw his fierce face with little moustache when pointing the walking stick ( long mai kru / tongkat I guessed ! ) toward her and the monk then vanished  before her eyes and she fainted !  Who is he ? Than Kong ? Than Dam ? The questions  remain unsolved until now !

To cut it short, after that day on I decided to make a fully utilize of this mai kru ( Serial number 555 ) as a supportive mai kru. Nowadays, Than Dam’s Mai Kru were sought after by many devotees as a superb substitution of Phor Than Kong’s and Than Chan’s efficacious mai kru.  It is very hard to find indeed.  Some were well kept and refuse to let go even thought been offered by the high renting price. Same goes here, I had been offered SD700 for this piece mai kru. Even I’m been offered sum of RM 2222 ( because of the 2*2 serial number ! ) Sorry Bro Sam and Bro Hong, the mai kru is not to be rented out it is my treasure of life to be passed down to the next WI’s Generation !
hahahahhahahahaha !

Phathalung Series 01

Luang Phor Moon, Wat Khao Daeng Tawarn Ork, Phathalung.

Featuring the brief story of one of the Present Time Great Guru - Luang Phor Moon, Wat Khao Daeng Tawarn Ork, Phathalung. Luang Phor Moon  Born in 6th April ( Saturday ) BE 2440. When Luang Phor Moon was 6 years old his parent sent him to be ordained as novice monk at Wat Khao Daeng Tawarn Ork, Phathalung until age of 17 and then formally ordained as a monk on 3rd  May BE 2457 and Phra Kru Intha Morlee was his mentor monk.

On 10th  May ( Sunday ), at age of 20  in B.E 2460 Luang Phor Moon followed Achan Ditd of Wat Pha Kha Sarak and given a Buddhist name as "Yar Sar Roh". In Year BE 2490 he was then officially appointed as Wat Khao Daeng Tawarn Ork abbot.

Luang Phor Moon learned magic and wichah direct from late Achan Thong Thao’s lineage of Wat Khao Ork, Phathalung. Luang Phor Moon was good in mediation and magic he had a superb command of Pali and Cambodian languages. Luang Phor Moon also learnt wichah from ancient Cambodia scroll and learnt an ancient sacred herbal medicine. Luang Phor Moon was one of the famous and prominent guru monk from Phak Thaiy ( Southern Thai ) and old folks in Phathalung province respect / admire him as an expert in ancient traditional medication and sacred magic. He also being invited by many monks and temples to bless amulets for soldier troupe during Indo-China War and WWII. In addition, according to the local folks from nearby Wat Khao Daeng Tawarn Ork, LP Moon possesed / endowed with the super natural power of being at the 2 different places at the same time.

Luang Phor Moon had completed 65 Phansa / Vansa ( monkhood ) and attained Parrinibbanna on BE 2526 ( Monday ), 10th January 1983 at age of 86 years old. During his lifetime, Luang Phor Moon created many types of sacred amulets to be distributed to the devotees. He used his wichah dan traditional medicine knowledge to gather and make the sacred amulets. Luang Phor Moon to be believed to start to create his first amulet as early as BE 2497( when he was around 56 / 57 years old ). The very first and earlier batch of amulets were made of 108 wanj ( ancient sacred herbs ) coated with the sacred black lacquer. The later batch amulets were his rian, 5 Buddhas rien, his pump roob meurn, wanj roob meurn and phra somdej. After his Parrinibbanna his amulets were sought after by many Phathalung’s Amulets die Hard. Some of his amulets were expensive and it is very rare and hard to find nowadays.

Featuring my little collection of Luang Phor Moon’s Phra Kreung and Kreung Lang. LUCKY ! That’s the only word that can be used to describe my Luang Phor Moon’s stuffs. Friend of mine, in his late 60s was from Phatalung Province. Married to local Din Daeng girl and permanently settled down and resided in Din Daeng ( Tanah Merah, Kelantan ). In late 70s and early 80s ( before Luang Phor Moon parribbinana, according to my friend of course ! ). Luang Phor Moon’s amulets were given free to devotees.

Before he decided to migrate to Malaysia in late 70s, he went to Wat Khao Daeng and met Luang Phor Moon for blessing and sacred amulet as their protection while travelling, Luang Phor Moon gave him some of the amulets, my friend said Luang Phor Moon asked my friend to self collect the amulets. My friend said at that time he just grabbed the Phra Naprok Phim Yai and his waist hand written takrut.

After experiencing the superb super power of Luang Phor Moon’s amulets, my friend went back to Phathalung to INVITE / GET more amulets after the parrinibbana of Luang Phor Moon. My friend said, he and his friend did the HUGE THAMBOON ( after getting a job with a handsome paid in Malaysia ) and they  had collected almost every phim of Luang Phor Moon’s Phra Kreung and Kreung Lang including his hand written pharyant, Phra Leela takrut and hand crafted  ivory Singha.

According to my friend, he said Luang Phor Moon’s Phra Kreung and Kreung Lang are sought after because of it KHLEW KHAD, KHONG KHAPARN & MAHA AMNAJ  effects. 1n early 80s, when he went back to Phathalung, he was apprehended by SELDADU ( Thai’s police ! ) because they were visited / came back from Phathalung. They were questioned for their purposes of visiting Phathalung. This is because at that time ( late 70s and early 80s ), Phathalung was considered as BLACK  AREA, there were bandit / gangster scattered around Phathalung. According to the legend, it was 5 SEURs eras ( 5 Tigers eras – 5 Dandits eras -- Suer Dam ). They robbed the rich and helped the poor. It just like modern  ROBBIN HOOD !

These 5 tiger bandits ( Ha Seur ), not a gang of normal bandits, they were ARMED TO THE TEETH, they learnt magic from Khao Ork – Achan Thong Thao’s lineage. They can make their track invisible to the police and endowed with khong khaparn chatri – invulnerable to the gun and sharp objects. The only person that can challenge these tiger bandits are General Khun Parn Phantaradej.

To cut it short and back to the topic …….. ALL of my Luang Phor Moon’s Phra Kreung / Kreung Lang were RENTED personally from Mr Wut (  my Phathalung friend ) 11 - 14 years back with a reasonable RENTED price ! But in this lately the price, flung ! Phra Naprok Phim Lek for instance, I rented it at RM180 in year 1999 but now I have to pay RM350 – RM 450 for the same piece from the amulet market. RM 500 - 700 for the Phra Chau Ha Phra Ong and RM 300 – 500 for his somdej. What the price, time changes ! Up up and away …… ! hahahahahaha

Phra Chau Ha Phra Ong ( 5 Buddhas sitting on the mystical animals zodiac )

This 5 Buddhas wanj material amulet was made in BE 2497 ( 1953 ). The very first and earlier batch of amulets was made of 108 wanj ( sacred herbs ) coated with the sacred lacquer. The amulet features the 5 Buddhas ( 3 previous Buddhas and 1 present Buddha and 1 future Buddha to be ) sitting / residing on the 5 sacred animal zodiacs.  These animals presenting the years of these 5 Buddhas were born. The reverse side of the amulets is the Maha Yant Phra Chao 5 Phra Ong or The Great Script of 5 Buddhas. It's composed of five Khom letters in lotus shape. The Maha Yant is widely used by great guru monks to create powerful amulets.

Who are those 5 Buddhas ? They are Gaku Sandho Buddha, Gona Kamano Buddha, Gassapo Buddha, Sakyamuni Gotama Buddha (the present-epoch Buddha), and Sri Ariya Maitreiya Buddha (the future Buddha). The short names or initials of the 5 Buddhas are NA MO PHUT THA YAK. The cores of many Thai Mantras or Khatas are mainly come from these Buddhas' initial.

NAK     è   1st Buddha – Gaku Sandho Buddha
MOR     è  2nd Buddha – Gona Kamano Buddha
PHUT    è  3rd Buddha -  Gassapo Buddha
THAK   è  The present Buddha - Sakya Muni Gotama Buddha
YAKH  è   The future  Buddha -  Sri Ariya Maitreya Buddha

Correct me, if I’m wrong !

This batch called Rian Roon Raek Phim Niyom ( Sai Fon ). This Roon Raek rian sought after by the Phathalung amulets die hard especially Luang Phor Moon’s. The price of this rian is amazing and can cost you up to the nose. My friend used to offer me RM 800 for this rian Roon Raek. When I asked him why, he just smiled and said …….. “Very hard to find, I love it and worth to keep !”

Do forgive me 4 the amateur photos capturing !

Personal Experienced !

Personal experienced to be shared ……… from my personal experienced of hanging / clipping / bringing Luang Phor Moon’s stuffs. I think that all range of Luang Phor Moon’s Phra Kreung are superb for Khlew Khad, Khong Krapan Chatri and Amnaj, especially his BE2497 amulets series; ( Phra Naprok and Phra Chau Ha Phra Ong  ).

Taking his Phra Chau Ha Phra Ong for an example, I experienced a great super power of adrenaline flowing inside my body. I gained confident and endowed with the Maha Amnaj power of ruling and commanding people ! Although I’m wearing my Than Kong @ Tok Raja  stuffs and Than Lek’s takrut, I think this Phra Chau Phra Ong makes my Than Kong’s stuffs more powerful ! Perhaps, because of the 5 Buddhas’s supreme power embedded in the amulets, plus the sacred wanj materials used to create the amulets and of course from the great wichah and samadhi power of late Luang Phor Moon. Hahahahahaha don’t get me wrong. I’m not promoting any. Merely sharing !

In a nutshell, Luang Phor Moon stuffs are marvelous, simply marvelous. He is one of the great present time guru monks. Especially from the Southern Thai ! Grab, if you see one !

Do forgive me 4 the amateur photos capturing !
