Sharing the 23-year old treasure of my late foster grandpa, Phor Kae @ Phor Mor Keaw @ Phor Luang Keaw of Lubuk Stong, Rantau Panjang. Kelantan. The jar contained the special formulated 108-wanj material by Phor Kae during his stay as Chau Awat @ Abbot of Wat Kok Pho @ Wat Pokok Sagu, Batu Lima. According to Phor Kae this 108-wanj materials was made by himself and co-chanted by late Chau Khun Chan and Than Mit. Phor Kae added that he and Than Chan used their bare to blend the 108-wanj at the final stage of boiling processes taken place. Late Than Chan dipped his bare hand inside the boiling oil and chanted some mon @ khata. When asked futher about the special mon that used to produce the 108-wanj oil which enable both of them used their bare hands inside the boiling wok. Phor Kae revealed the there are various mons / khatas used / recited including the special khata for treating the burns. For example …….
(a) " Om Akhee, Cak….……………………..."
(b) " Om Akhee, Phrak Reusi …………. … Ku Cak Pak Pid Fai …………………."
Phor Kae added that this 108-wanj oil is superb for various purposes including to,
i. stop the bleed and heal the wound
ii. cure the sting from the poisonous insects
iii. help to treat & cure burn wounds
iv. treat muscle sprain
v. assist for easy laboring
vi. etc
Those 5 curing @ healing as per-mentioned are from writer personal experience dealing with the real situation. Phor Kae used to share the real life experienced by Than Mit. Than Mit brought back some of the oil to Singapore and gave to the devotee without mentioning the purpose of the 108-wanj oil. The devotee thought that it was meant to be used as oil lamp. Amazing thing happened when the oil lamp wick couldn't be lighted up !
This jar was taken out recently as friend of mine asked for some traditional method to be used to cure 2nd degree burn wound and yesterday ( 27 February ) another friend of mine asked me for the mon @ khata to treat the burn wound. hahahahahahaha what a coincidence ! This jar was kept under the altar for the past 23 years old and writer almost forgot about this treasure jar. Bear in mind that, the 23 years mentioned above is the time frame of keeping and not the length of making period. The 108-wanj oil was made early before that , approximately 40 years back. It was kept inside the "BUYUNG" on the 2nd floor of late Phor Kae's house in Lubuk Stong. In 1996, 3 years before Phor Kae moranak ( passed away ), Phor Kae asked me to get the oil from the buyung as it was getting lesser @ dried as the result of not properly stored ! Phor Kae said...….
